The name ‘Catch-24’ comes from our collective experience in the 9-5 job market, where we often found ourselves in a ‘Catch-22’ situation—companies required job experience to hire. Still, freshers needed a job to gain that experience. We created ‘Catch-24’ to address this paradox. The ‘24’ represents our commitment to 24/7 approachability and also nods to the 24 frames per second (FPS) standard in film, symbolizing continuous movement and innovation. Hence, Catch-24 was born.
